Southland crime: Oak Forest police investigating reported gunshots outside Rocking Horse Saloon, more

Oak Forest police are investigating stories of gunshots fired outdoors of The Rocking Horse Saloon shortly after midnight Saturday. Bar security informed police a 37-yr-previous Chicago man was escorted from the bar after a physical battle with other patrons. The man turned upset and advised security “he had something for them” and then re-entered the bar the place he acquired into one other bodily argument. After being thrown out a second time, the safety guard informed police he heard a number of gunshots. Outdoors the guard noticed the Chicago man holding a gun and the guard pointed his weapon again at the suspect. The suspect then threw his pistol right into a automotive.
